General Event Rules
- Protest and Legal Complaint fee $50 deposit
- Fee must be given to secretary before class ends
- In the event of a Mechanical Protest (i.e. Cylinder head removal), the
tractor will be inspected after the pull. If the tractor passes the $50
deposit will be forfeited to the tractor owner
- In the event of a Legal Complaint, the event will be halted until
complaint is resolved.
- If ruled in favor of protestor, $50 deposit is refunded
- If ruled against protestor $50 deposit is forfeited
- Board of Directors will make decision
5. All participants, (i.e. Track help, rakers, people
hooking tractors etc.) MUST have a signed Liability Release form on file.
6. ABSOLUTLY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OR INDICATIONS OF,
ALLOWED AT ANY PULL!!!
- This applies to anybody at the pull. Of course we can't control
spectators, but we can control our area.
- If an OKGTPA member, Indications will result in disciplinary action
- Anyone else will be requested to leave the Pit Area and sit in the
stands, even if they are part of a Pit Crew or friend.
- OKGTPA Insurance doesn't covers us for alcohol.
