  1. Engine block shall not exceed 1200 cc from OEM
  2. All other modifications allowed
  3. Engine shall not exceed 4 cylinders
  4. Tractor must have stable fenders over rear tires, covering at least 6" of tire width
  5. Shall be equipped with a minimum 3/8" cable securely attached to differential housing or frame, extending around hitch point so that it lies within sled hook
  6. Turbochargers ONLY allowed

    7. Maximum tire size: 29x12.50x15
